On 6 July 2016, we worked with three enterprises at MadLab in Manchester to help them to understand how they can ‘DIY’ their own social investment deals. Jonathan Atkinson from Carbon Coop, Elizabeth Shassere from Textocracy and Neil Chandler from Cathartic joined the Sprint.

Ged Devlin from the Power to Change, Vimla Appadoo and Helena Habdija from Dotforge and Linda Barlow from Co-operatives UK worked alongside the Flip Finance team with the businesses, assisting them in devising approaches to raising their own social investment. It was a hands-on session, followed by drinks at Common, just across the road.
